As an authority on the Hallyu Wave phenomenon, She is a sought-after speaker and moderator who has collaborated on projects and events with various domestic and international companies and brands, such as KCON USA, Aewen.com, VS Entertainment/MKF, and GFN's K-Popular, a radio show based in Gwangju, South Korea.
YouTube was the first space to afford Ashley many opportunities. On her main channel, Multifacetedacg, she has showcased her trademark comedic commentary on Korean popular music (K-pop) for nearly a decade. The main channel also features vlogs, interviews, and other non-Hallyu content.

She provided support by leading BKC's social media initiatives, participated in various cooperative events with its members, and supported BKC's founder in collaborative efforts with brands such as Podchaser and GoodPods.
Ashley was part owner and President of Operations of Multifacetedacg Productions, LLC (MACG Productions), a multimedia entertainment company creating content for diverse audiences until its formal closing in 2021.
She owns Kpop Social Night (KPSN), which established K-pop roller skating events in the U.S. and originated #KPSNPODCASTFEST in 2020 to celebrate the efforts of the Hallyu podcasting community.
